With a 30-minute free consultation for personal training, we will listen to your body concerns and incorporate yoga stretches and light dumbbell workouts to ensure that even women can engage in strength training without difficulty.
We can customize your program according to your budget and schedule, so even if you're not good at exercising or don't have time to go to the gym, we will propose a menu that you can continue without stress.
Example 1) One hour of gym training once a month for form checks, plus a home training menu three times a week.
Example 2) One gym training session per month, one yoga stretch session per month, and a home training menu twice a week.
Example 3) Two gym training sessions per month and a home training menu four times a week.
